I practise Remedial, Sports and Pregnancy Massage Therapy and graduated with Honours in Sports Therapy from the University of Hertfordshire, England in 2003. I have also successfully completed all the Active Release Technique seminars, which is a very popular type of treatment in the United States.
Before moving to Sydney, I was working in highly prestigious Chiropractic and Physiotherapy clinics in London for the past 8 years, including the famous Harley Street. It is an honour to now work alongside extremely expertise chiropractors like Brad and Ben here at Prestidge Chiropractic.
I specialise in sports injuries and in the relief of everyday aches and pains, aiming to correct muscular imbalances and provide a unique approach to treating each and every muscle in the body.
I have a specific interest in back, neck and shoulder pain and have treated professional and elite athletes including Golfers, Rugby players andIronman competitors. I am also qualified in pregnancy massage and am very keen to help relieve common problems such as muscle soreness during the demanding pre and post-natal periods.
