After sustaining whiplash at the age of 16 I decided to try Chiropractic to seek help as both my parents were under Chiropractic care. My speedy recovery led me on the path to provide the same “type” of hands-on care for others.
I graduated from Masters of Chiropractic in 1999 after receiving an award for “Academic of the year” I am currently a member of the teaching staff at the Department of Chiropractic, Macquarie University, where I have Tutored students in Gonstead Technique.
I specialise in the treatment of all spinal and joint related injuries utilising the Gonstead method of Chiropractic. The Gonstead method has been known as the gold-standard of Chiropractic techniques and utilises a very specific way to both analyse and treat the patient.
As my family has travelled around, I have had the fortune to practice and experience a number of practices in Australia and overseas where I spend 5 years at the Gonstead Clinic UK, in Harley Street London.
Having had 3 children of my own, I have a keen interest and wealth of experience in treating both the pregnant and paediatric patient. Chiropractic has played a crucial role in naturally supporting both myself, and my husband and 3 very active boys in their pursuit of optimum health.
