Chiropractor BExSc, MChiro
From an early age I have always been fascinated by the human body and the way it functions. After obtaining multiple sports injuries in netball and on surf boats as well as experiencing other health issues I turned to chiropractic as my solution. My experience as a chiropractic patient made me a strong believer in the natural approach to healthcare and demonstrated to me the incredible power of the body to heal itself
My love for science encouraged me to complete a Bachelor of Science (Exercise Science) degree at Wollongong University, followed by a Master Degree of
Chiropractic at Macquarie University, graduating in 2017. It was here that I developed my passion for the Gonstead technique, Neurology, Paediatrics and working with Sports Teams.
If I am not helping people in the clinic, you’ll find me hiking in the snowy regions of Tasmania, exercising at the gym or enjoying the sun and surf on Manly beach.
I am a very caring person with a warm heart that drives me every day to help people become the best person they can possibly be. This has inspired me to be a part of the ‘Hands on India’ 2018 team, that is a non-for-profit organisation providing chiropractic care to those in need in poor regions of India.
I believe in educating and empowering my patients and families within the community about their nervous system to help them live happy and healthy lifestyles. Working alongside the amazing team at Prestidge Chiropractic, I endeavour to share my knowledge and skills, to help you achieve your goals, and a balanced life.
