Patients are seen by appointment only, if it is an emergency please phone us so we can make appropriate arrangements for you.
If you are unable to make your appointment(s) we require 24 hours notice in advance so we can best utilise the time for other patients.
Continually missed appointments and/or late notice of cancellation incur a fee (up to the full cost of the appointment), at the practitioners’ discretion.
Our fees are determined by the value we place on our service and the cost involved in delivering that service.
Payment is required at the time of your appointment. As an added service, patients with Private Health Insurance can have their rebate automatically deducted from the fee through our Hicaps Service, with the remaining being your responsibility at each visit.
