Do I need a referral to book?
No referral is required for Chiropractic, Physiotherapy or Sports Physiotherapy appointments. If you have a Medicare Chronic Condition Management (CCM) Plan, a referral from your GP is required.
Do you offer online booking?
Yes. Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our website or by contacting the clinic directly.
Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes. We offer on-the-spot HICAPS claiming for most private health funds.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any relevant scans, imaging reports, referral letters, specialist reports or test results that may assist your practitioner.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing that allows movement is ideal.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first visit includes discussing your health concerns, assessment, examination, and recommendations based on your individual needs.
Will I receive treatment at my first appointment?
Where appropriate, treatment may begin on the first visit. Recommendations are always guided by assessment findings.
